Customer questions and answers

  • how to attach bracket to back of radiator as there are no brackets
You use the long steel brackets going top to bottom as in the sixth picture on the listing
  • Can the power cord be mounted on the left hand side? Seeing conflicting answers on previous posts? I’m looking for the power cord to be on the left
Many thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just to clarify: … see more Many thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just to clarify: 700W, 800W, 1000W (both sizes) and 1250W - the front and the rear side are the same. Radiators are reversible and you can have a thermostat and lead on either the left or right-hand side. 1500W, 1800W, 2000W - radiator surface is extended with an additional plate at the rear side and you can have a thermostat and lead only on the right-hand side. Theoretically, you can reverse it and have the lead on the left-hand side, but it would not look neatly. I hope that helps. see less
  • What temperature do you all keep the radiator on?
    20 c
  • How hot does the surface of the radiator get?
When turned up high it can get very hot, so be careful if you have small children.
