Customer questions and answers

  • can anyone advise how to set the timer to the current day and time please.
I installed the unit without the timer
  • Does it come with fittings
Yes it does. Easy to put together. Best done by an electrician but DIY if you're confident. Don't forget your spirit level!
  • can this item be shipped to Saudi Arabia?
    I’m not sure
  • How does the timer/thermostat communicate with the towel rail- wired or battery operated wireless signalling?
I assume wired as my electrician said it had to go by the socket as there wasn't a long wire on it.
