- We have this machine but i am unable to connect it to the app, i have tried everything……. i have a hoover machine machine and that’s connected.No joy for me either. Their online help is worse than useless. I finally contacted them on the phone and they couldn't help but promised a specialist would get back...yep nothing. - How to connect wifi (2.4ghz) and where is any support for it?Most modern broadband modems are 2.5/5Ghz but the default setting is usually 5Ghz which create problems with appliances that use 2.4Ghz. Try walking around you house while you're connecting to the app. The further away from your router the better as it will 'trick' it into using 2.5Ghz.
