- If I put it on "Natural" mode it keeps switching off, is this supposed to happen?Yes it’s supposed to do that…it does not totally switch off though the breeze gets stronger & weaker is that what you mean?
- Does the water tray come out or do you need to fill it up with a cup?No the tray does not come out completely. I fill with a large measuring jug. It pushes back in easy until the last inch or so then u need to be forceful to go in completely.
- Anyone know the decibel rating?Haven’t a clue but it runs quietly and works really efficiently cooling the room down.
- Do you just lay ice packs in waterYes you do freeze the ice packs first. I always put them in before I fill it up because if you don’t you could over fill it.
