- Does this come with a physical remote control or is it only controlled via an app?Yes you do get a normal remote, the app is handy for when you’re away from the unit and want it to start cooling before you arrive
- Can this be used with velux windows?I doubt it. I don’t think the hose would reach the window and it might be hard to fix in place if it did reach
- can you use it as dehumidifier only in Winter? does it have a water tank? how bigYes you can and it works very well. You have to remove the exterior hose (the one that you hang out of the window) and fit a tube (which is supplied). There is no water tank. The tube needs to run into a bowl or bucket. This is all in the instructions.
- I have to use the hose for water to continuously drip, is this normal?Hi, I use mine even through the winter. It’s continuously on and I haven’t had any problems
