- Why when I order this product does it not give me a delivery date. Payment has gone through and a week has passed yet no delivery date.Have people received the 12k BTU one recently? I have placed an order and just keeps saying "Delivery Date Pending". From other comments looks like some customers never received their product.
- Will the exhaust pipe reach a small top window ?The exhaust tube is quite long, you just pull it to expand, so would probably reach a 6/7 foot top window... mine would easily reach the top window but the unit is only a foot or so away from the window itself.
