Did some careful research about how many BTUs I need (based on my internet history, cannot actually remember making the purchase), then bought one with 3x the capacity just to be on the safe side. Installed this thing, gets my room CHILLED very quickly. Would stongly recommend this thing for a small room, unless you are conscious of power consumption etc. Not sure how it would cope with rooms as large as it is designed for but hope this helps. see less

There is no moisture dripping from this hot air exhaust, nor is there a separate drain for any dripping water. Therefore the exhaust hose (vent) needs to be fed outside, into a different room / hall or even up into a ceiling void.
