Customer questions and answers

  • Hiya - can i purchase new plastic corners for the poles ? The sort of 3 way ones at top ? One of mine has broken :(
Your lucky it was only one, I honestly wouldn't bother the rest of the poles will go pretty quick, mine didn't even last the assembly.
  • can it be set up on astro turf ?
Hello Nigel, As long as the turf is not on concrete, ie just hard core and sand, there should be no problem. I would use long thin skewers (12") to pushthrough to secure the rope lines. Be warned, do not erect if you are expecting any Wind. Mine disintegrated as soon as we had some wind. Hope that helps. • is it sturdy
If your garden is sheltered it will probably be sturdy enough. However ours is quite exposed and we have had a few windy days and quite a few of the securing ties have ripped off and have had to be repaired.

This is not a pop up gazebo and is difficult to assemble on your own. I would recommend two people minimum. The frame is quite sturdy and easy to assemble, although there are many numbered parts which need to be connected in sequence. Unfortunately the canvas and fixings are not good enough for the purpose and I return… see more This is not a pop up gazebo and is difficult to assemble on your own.
