- Is it waterproof?Bought this umbrella for our decking says it isn’t really waterproof, it poured down all night while we were sat under it and only after 2’or 3 hours did we feel any water and even then it was only like a drop every 10 mins or so, very good quality would recommend, but you will need a really heavy base or hole in the ground
