- can you buy a spare or replacement parasol?No and if you try and have one re-aired which is broken and just outside warranty you will have no joy, although it will take you lots of e-mails, photos and video submissions, before they then say no. I would not buy from them again.
- Does this parasol come with a cover/bag to place over it when it's collapsed and stored?I bought one that was advertised with it at the time but it didn’t fit so had to return it and buy one from another store
- Is the steel star base included, for your own weights to be added?The base is four pronged as in the picture, but you need to add your own weights
- Anyone ordered weights that fit this well??? Will order at the same time thanksYes. Weights came up at the bottom as often purchased with. I got the black ones you fill with water.
