Customer questions and answers
- Does the product rotate about it's vertical axis?No it doesn't, the umbrella itself swings from the central pivot hanging point. Don't leave it up in a strong wind as this could lead to damage. It is a lovely canopy in a gentle breeze or when it is still.
- Base weightThe base is plastic. You need to fill it with sand or water. I have filled mine with water, and it is now extremely heavy, and very sturdy.
- Can you tilt?No. I found this umbrella unstable in the wind and wouldn’t recommend. I’ve now got rid of it
