Terms of Use ("TOU") govern your use of the content, software and services offered through 7interiordesign. Any person who wants to access the Site to buy goods or services ("items") or to use the other services provided (collectively, the "Services") must accept these Terms and Conditions without change. If you disagree with the TOU or any changes thereto, you should discontinue your use of 7interiordesign.

BY USING THE WEBSITE 7INTERIORDESIGN.COM YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT.
In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form ("Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate and complete.
In particular, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the clauses in this Participation Agreement relating to: 7interiordesign disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability ; your consent to the publication of feedback and ratings about your performance on the Site; and the manner in which 7interiordesign may make changes to this Participation Agreement. Please note that, although 7interiordesign may list items for sale via 7interiordesign platform, 7interiordesign is not a Seller for the purposes of this Participation Agreement.
You must be at least sixteen (18) years of age. If you are not of legal age in your country of residence, you must have your parent or legal guardian to complete the registration on your behalf.
You acknowledge that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages and other materials in 7interiordesign ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originates. You are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload to, post in or transmit via the Service. We do not control the Content and do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of Content. You acknowledge that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is incorrect or objectionable. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in Content, or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any Content
You acknowledge that we have no obligation to monitor any Content. We shall have the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to refuse, move or remove any Content that is available via the Service that may violate the TOU or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any Content.
PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY
Products are displayed and sold at 7interiordesign by independent retailers. We are acting as an agent for the retailers in the sale of their products. Due to European consumer protection laws, if you are a consumer, you may also deem us as the seller of the product. We are doing our best efforts to make certain that the products purchased by you at 7interiordesign are of good quality, meet the requirements of all relevant rules and regulations and are in all material respects in accordance with the product description displayed at 7interiordesign. We are monitoring our retailers' delivery processes and our customers' feedback of products sold at 7interiordesign, but we have no direct control over the individual products or deliveries of products sold at 7interiordesign.
We receive your payments on behalf of the retailer, and we also undertake to refund you on behalf of the retailer any moneys which you may become entitled to.
Warranty terms are product specific, and therefore will be provided with the relevant product, or by the relevant retailer.
COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS AND RULES
You agree to comply with all local laws and rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content as well as with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside.
NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any portion of the Service, or use of the Service.
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
1. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. 2. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) AND THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT DISPLAYED IN THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY PRODUCTS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS DISPLAYED OR SOLD THROUGH THE SERVICE.
OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCT AND SERVICES.
YOU AGREE THAT REGARDLESS OF ANY STATUTE OR LAW TO THE CONTRARY, TO BE VALID ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICE, ANY PRODUCTS DISPLAYED IN OR SOLD THROUGH THE SERVICE OR THE TOU MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Neither you nor we may assign or transfer any rights or obligations under the TOU without the prior written consent of the other party, except that we shall be entitled to assign or transfer any or all of our rights and obligations (without your prior consent) to any of our affiliated companies. You agree that your 7interiordesign account is personal and non-transferable.The section titles in this TOU are for convenience only.
